HOME HEALTH
Our Home Health service provides a safe alternative to hospitalisation and step-down facilities for patients who are stable and ready for discharge. Our care plans include the patient, the healthcare practitioner as well as their loved ones to ensure optimal care delivery in the home setting.
Our national network of 3 000 registered healthcare professionals comprising of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers and dietitians are supported by our accredited, compassionate carers, who’ve completed rigorous training regimens.
We follow an interdisciplinary approach, delivered in consultation with the referring doctor, to enable best practice service delivery through the continuum of care. Our services range from disease prevention, to delivering treatment as prescribed e.g. wound care and palliative care where required.

Our technology solutions enable healthcare professionals to engage with clients using the Virtual Healthcare platform.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
We can provide management of emergency cases including stabilisation and referrals for further medical intervention as appropriate. We have existing partnerships with leading EMS providers.
BASIC PRIMARY HEALTHCARE
Based on your organisation’s size and specific needs, we can offer your employees basic primary healthcare services through on- or off-site clinics, mobile or pop-up clinics, or the workplace itself.
Employees are provided with access to primary health services to manage common conditions and to assist in voluntary behavioural changes, which reduces their health risk and/or enhances their ability to perform at work.
Proactive, preventative, and managed care is provided, including external referral where necessary at company/scheme cost.
On-site primary health care and wellness education are delivered by a Registered Professional Nurse, with a Dispensing License to dispense appropriate medication if required by the company.
The following services can be provided:
- Treatment of Minor Illnesses or appropriate referral for those employees who have external funding through a medical scheme.
- Systematic screening and referral for further care
- Annual Flu Vaccinations
- Follow-up on abnormal results from Health Risk Assessments
