HOME HEALTH

Our Home Health service provides a safe alternative to hospitalisation and step-down facilities for patients who are stable and ready for discharge. Our care plans include the patient, the healthcare practitioner as well as their loved ones to ensure optimal care delivery in the home setting.

Our national network of 3 000 registered healthcare professionals comprising of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers and dietitians are supported by our accredited, compassionate carers, who’ve completed rigorous training regimens.

We follow an interdisciplinary approach, delivered in consultation with the referring doctor, to enable best practice service delivery through the continuum of care. Our services range from disease prevention, to delivering treatment as prescribed e.g. wound care and palliative care where required.

TELEMEDICINE

Our technology solutions enable healthcare professionals to engage with clients using the Virtual Healthcare platform.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
